• SMOKING IS NOT ALLOWED IN THE APARTMENT

• PETS ARE ALLOWED: Upon request and consultation before booking (you must contact before booking). Pets HAVE a supplement of €40 EUR per stay. Guide dogs are allowed free of charge.

• CHECK-IN: Entry is from 2:00 p.m. Upon request and consultation, your luggage can be received from 11:30 a.m.
ALL guests must check-in online and present their ID before 6:00 p.m. on the day of arrival to be able to access and use the apartment.
Access to the apartment is autonomous with your mobile phone through a link. In-person check-in option: request 24 hours in advance and it will cost €40.

• CHECK OUT: departure time is at 11:00 a.m.
At that time our cleaning service will access the apartment in order to have it ready for the next guest. Leaving later than this time without prior authorization may incur a penalty of €40 to €100.

• We have a WhatsApp service that you can use during our office hours: Monday to Saturday from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. Any trip to the apartment outside office hours that does not imply a real emergency will cost €40.

• CLEANING: You can request a cleaning of the apartment at any time 24 hours in advance of the requested date for an additional cost of €40.

• We are not responsible for failures in the internet/wifi service.

• There are no cots or extra beds available.

It is mandatory to respect general and community rules under penalty of immediate termination of contract, eviction with loss of payment and deposit without the right to any compensation.

• CANCELLATION POLICY: To receive a full refund, guests must cancel at least 30 days prior to arrival.
If you cancel between 14 and 30 days in advance, 50% of all nights will be refunded.
If you cancel less than 14 days before your stay begins, no amount will be refunded.

We inform you that the data provided by the Account Holder is processed by APARTAMENTOS MADRID for the following purposes:

Manage the making of reservations and/or pre-reservations requested by the user.
Sending confirmation or documentation of the reservation made.
In the event of giving consent for this, the sending of commercial communications by APARTAMENTOS MADRID HOTEL GROUP.

WHAT USER DATA WILL APARTAMENTOS MADRID PROCESS?
For the correct provision of the services, APARTAMENTOS MADRID will process the following categories of data:

Identification data: name, surname, nationality.
Contact details: email address, phone number.
Transaction data for goods and services in APARTAMENTOS MADRID HOTEL GROUP: Products and services purchased or in which you show interest.
Stay preferences.
Economic, financial and insurance data.
Other data: data provided by those interested in the open fields.
The data requested from the Owner is mandatory for the correct provision of the services and, therefore, refusal to provide them will mean the impossibility of providing them.
In the event that the user provides data from third parties, they declare that they have their consent and undertake to transfer the information contained in the Privacy Policy, exempting APARTAMENTOS MADRID from any responsibility in this regard. However, APARTAMENTOS MADRID may carry out periodic verifications to verify this fact, adopting the corresponding due diligence measures, in accordance with data protection regulations.

WHAT IS THE LEGITIMATION OF THE PROCESSING OF USER DATA?
The legitimacy for the processing of your personal data will be the execution of the contract between the parties. In the case of sending commercial communications, it will be the consent of the owner.

The consents obtained for the aforementioned purposes are independent, so the user may revoke only one of them without affecting the others.
